These terms apply to merchants who install and use the Convertify Shopify app. By installing Convertify you agree to them. They work alongside Shopify's own terms, which also apply.
Convertify adds an order form with offers, upsells, phone verification, address help and fraud checks to your store. Cash on Delivery orders are created in your Shopify store as soon as the customer submits the form; customers paying online complete payment in Shopify Checkout. Payments are handled by Shopify and your payment providers, not by Convertify.
You own your store's data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we delete it when Shopify asks us to after you uninstall.
We work to keep Convertify available and accurate but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fraud scores and address suggestions are aids, not guarantees, and you remain responsible for which orders you accept. We may improve or change features. If we change prices, we will tell you in advance and Shopify will ask you to approve any new charge.
To the extent the law allows, Convertify is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or failed deliveries.
You can stop using Convertify at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Shopify's terms, with notice where possible.
